I recently had Mr. Rooter come to my home to quote a price to fix an issue with my kitchen sink. The technician from Mr. Rooter investigated my issue and then quoted me $1,200. I obviously declined. After that, I contacted Any Drain Unplugged. Neil arrived at my home, and I immediately recognized him from work he had done at my previous house before I sold it. He got started right away and completed the job without quickly. The difference in pricing between the two was crazy. Mr. Rooter’s quote was 900% higher than what Neil charged. Neil’s quote was a 90% percent decrease compared to Mr. Rooter's quote. The percent difference between the two was 163.64%. That's crazy and unbelievable to even think about (lol what if I didn't have cash to pay Mr. Rooter in full at the time? I'd most likely have to agree to a payment plan of some sort ...smh) So the difference in percentage was 163.64%. Go with Neil and Any Drain Unplugged any day. That's my opinion.
