We had a leak in our kitchen sewage line that was flooding our hvac ducts all under concrete because we have a slab foundation. Our technician Brandon came by himself the first day due to a call off and jackhammered about a 5 ft trench to find and fix the problem by himself. 2nd day he had helpers but the 3rd and final day he came alone again to fill the trench with stone and pour concrete. We appreciated that even though it was such a big job and most companies would have rescheduled if they didn’t have enough laborers but he still showed up to do the repair. I have used Alternative Plumbing several times since 2000. They have always done excellent work. They are professional and friendly too. They give clear descriptions of the problems and make repairs quickly and efficiently. This time, I made the appointment for toilet repair, problems with the bathtub drain running slowly, and garbage disposal not working and not draining water. Brandon and Kyle arrived punctually at the scheduled time and completed repairs quickly and efficiently. They are used to working with homes in the Old West End and treat our pipes with love and respect. I highly recommend them!
