Fantastic experience! Mike and crew diagnosed why my furnace when out on a freezing cold day, an determined it was a humidifier water leak. The fixed it pronto and the house was cozy fast. I also had cold spots in the house and they figured out I had a dead end vent which was solved with some duct reconfiguration and problem number 2 was fixed too after the got needed parts. The whole crew was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and on time. They were excellent problem solvers and got my house warm and the furnace working more efficiently in no time. The price was also very fair and reasonable. I will be using Mike and the team to replace my 30 year old furnace and AC this spring. Thank you Action!!!
my wife and I just bought our home and it's an older home. we're trying to approach this with diligence and smarts. we contacted glass city hvac to service our heat and air conditioning. they said there's no way they could do anything with the a/c. I contacted Mike at Action Heating and air conditioning and told him my situation. sent him pics of the unit. well today he came to take care of us.
