I purchased a Speed Queen washing machine from Ace a few months ago. One of the best decisions I have ever made! So today, I visited the Maumee store on the off chance someone would help a lady in distress. I needed help with a part for a dryer that was purchased over 15 yrs ago in the UP of Michigan. The repair service there could not identify the model number of what I needed after trying. I spoke with Tim in parts at Ace today and then Superman Jeff in sales. Same day service, within two hours of calling. Quick and accurate diagnosis of the issue with the dryer. Had the part with him to replace. Couldn’t be happier with the service and professionalism of the tech and company. Have used them before and will definitely use them again.
Ace Appliance provided same day service. Ryan came out on Tuesday and again on Thursday after the freezer had time to thaw and he could open the drawer. A new rail had to be ordered. The part came in on Friday. Ryan came out Saturday, his day off, to complete the repair so I didn’t have to wait til Monday to get my refrigerator back in service. Much appreciated! He cleaned all the water and ice off the floor when he was done and wiped down the outside of the refrigerator. I was very pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend both Ace Appliance and Ryan!
