Trent is the best of the best. Very informative, kind, communicator. He has the expertise the empathy and sympathy to assist and help families in their time of sorrow and grief. Kindness honesty and integrity Trent wears well. He exemplifies professionalism in the death care industry. My father's visitation and funeral were pricelessly perfect. As a family we were proud to be in the care of Trent Zerkle and the staff of Zerkle Funeral Home. 10 stars Trent deserves.! He treated us with the respect like he would his own family. We are incredibly grateful to Zerkle Funeral Home and their compassionate staff for the care they provided during one of the most difficult times in our lives.
Our mother was under Hospice Home Health Care, and my siblings and I were not able to physically visit the funeral home to begin arrangements. Mr.Trent Zerkle personally came to us, which was such a relief. He was kind, considerate, and took the time to clearly explain the entire process, including costs, without ever making us feel rushed. Our experience with Zerkle Funeral home was exceptional. Trent made us feel at ease and walked us through the options during the pre-need arrangements. The facility is nicely done, providing a comfortable environment that is warm and welcoming. When it came time for the funeral, all aspects of the services exceeded expectation.
