“This is a very nice facility with nice beds. you actually get a nice quick tan from these beds that are obviously well kept. It's a shame that the Piqua location isn't as well kept, meaning: many beds accessories such as the fan, radio, etc do not work. It is always very hot in the facility. The A/C itself sometimes doesn't work. Also, if you ever have a complaint, the manager will not call you back. Staff have even complained about this problem. It is worth the drive to the Troy location vs the Piqua one even with the crazy gas prices!!“
