Customer Service was extremely helpful and pleasant. APRN-CNP Vanessa, was extremely thorough and engaged in my concerns and had answers. I look forward to continuing my care with this office.

The office staff is efficient and polite.The lobby is clean; contains hand sanitizer, and separates clean and dirty ink pens.Face coverings and temperature checks are required, which is also nice to see.Doctor Kendra Nicole von der Embse is awesome, she's knowledgeable, and is respectful of your time.Nurse Jess is neighborly, sociable, and always has responded within 15mins or less on MyChart.No issues or suggestions, good job KHN!

The office staff were prompt and friendly. Dr. Zarrabi is excellent. She took the time to talk about my health concerns and genuinely cared about my health. My medications were sent correctly and on the same day.
