Glaser has taken care of my water relayed needs (softner, R.O., etc) for 28 years. They continue to be a reliable, expert wonderdul local business. The techs today were patient and friendly when I asked if they would take a moment to meet my dog and get him comfortable. They also are so knowledgeable and fun to talk to about the topography and underground water in this area. I am so grateful they help us continue to have good and safe water on our property! Overall such an excellent experience!
I had to replace a couple of parts on a system that I bought from Easton 8 or 9 years ago. Instead of just answering some questions I had, they took me out back and walked me through the entire process, even giving me actual HANDS ON experience. Huge thank you to all of you involved. Can't do 10 stars.
Best service ever. They come whenever we need assistance with our softeners and have replaced our hot water tanks. We have double of everything in our home and they maintain all of them. I always recommend them
