“We have been Dayton Carpet customers for over 20 years. The owner (Jeff), staff and installers are focused on providing a quality product and excellent customer service at a reasonable price. We were not pressured in any way to purchase flooring and even encouraged to take samples home on more than one occasion. We ordered all of our flooring at the same time, but were unable to have it all installed at the time. Jeff held on to our flooring until we were ready to have it installed and never pressed us to get it out of their warehouse. The installers are consummate professionals and the end product was nothing short of excellent. A few months after the installation was complete, some black spots appeared in a couple of rooms on our flooring and we had absolutely no idea how it had happened.
