The technicians, Andy and Josh were excellent. Diagnosed the problem and gave us options. We chose to repair instead of replacing. However, when we do replace the HVAC system, we will use Ed’s. They have kept our system running for 23 years. What a team. Thank you for much.
Had my garbage disposal replaced. The service man was excellent. He arrived early was professional, friendly & knowledgeable. He completed the job quickly and left the area clean and removed the old unit. Overall he did an excellent job and I would request him again!!! He deserves 5 stars!! Gave 4 due the cost of the service which he has no control of. My invoice had a trip charge of $127 added to it. It’s not the amount that bothered me it is that it was not disclosed to me when making the appt. In the past I was never charged this for service calls. When making an appointment that charge should be disclosed to the customer. It felt deceptive.
Ed's installed a tankless water heater, a new water softening system and pressure tank. Work was done professionally and on time. A big shout out to Mike, Brad and Blake for doing great work.
