Tom Rodgers Florist in Tiffin, Ohio delivered an excellent customer experience. Despite a few negative reviews, my experience was the complete opposite. Tom was respectful, patient, and professional while taking my phone order for a loved one.
He truly goes above and beyond for his customers—even waiving the delivery fee in my case. It’s important to remember that local businesses are run by people, and unrealistic expectations shouldn’t define their reputation.

If you need to send that special greeting with elegance and beauty, look no further. I've never had to send flowers before(my wife doesn't really care for them) so when I logged on to show some appreciation to some folks that went above and beyond, I knew right where to go. Beautiful flower arrangements - My family has gone here for school dance, anniversary, and Valentine's flowers. We've sent arrangements to friends and family in memory of a loved one, and the flowers were delivered to the funeral home on time and in excellent condition. They also have information on Tuxedo and suit rentals, which came in handy for the men in my bridal party a couple of years ago!
We love the owners of this cute local shop in downtown Tiffin, and highly recommend them to our friends and family!
