Heidi has been doing my nails for about a year now and is always so nice ! She not only does an excellent job but she is always very professional and happy so it makes it very nice to come in to see such a nice sunshiney face!
I have to say, I was nervous about getting my hair done because I've been dealing with thinning hair. I originally went in planning to get a perm and a cut, but Brittany took the time to listen to my concerns and honestly saved me from making a decision that could have caused even more damage to my hair.
Instead, she gave me a beautiful cut, wash, and style that exceeded my expectations. She was knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely cared about the health of my hair rather than just performing the service I initially requested. Amazing! I can’t Say enough for how great my experience was. I won a package at a raffle and as someone who normally doesn’t prioritize this type of self care I think I may need to because it was worth every cent. The conversation and nail services were wonderful and my massage with Katie felt so good. I even had to reschedule last minute and that process was a breeze. Thank you R & R
