I have been a patient of Dr.Cowans for 44 years and he answers all my questions and staff are great and they are all helpful, the other doctors are great at helping . I am grateful for all the doctors, nurses, and staff.

I've been a patient of Dr Cowan's for more than four years. You will never find a doctor who sits and talks to you and listens like Dr Cowan Does. I have to see him every few months and it is an appointment I really look forward to. He cares about the patient's physical health ad anything that can have an effect on that health. He always asks how my wife and son are doing and how things are going in my life and my families life. He has tests done when n ecessary and he appreciates my invilvement in my healthcare. He is so smart at figuring out any issues and what the cause might be. I'm almost 62 years old and I have never had a doctor that was any better than Dr. Cowan and no doc has ever come close to his caring for the whole patient. And to top it off he is just a great guy. Before you see the doctor you will see the staff up front. These ladies are just as personable and helpful as you will find anywhere. I never thought going to the doctor would be such a great thing. The entire staff is like family. And Kudos to Destina for being my favorite triage medical assistant ever. Need a refill called in? Call the office and press 3. Leave your info one time and your script is ready at your favorite pharmacy by the next day. Oh and they have a convenient portal too!

Moved to ohio and found this place. When made appointment to get my prescription switched to ohio.they took off all but one and put me on one that will cost me 500.00 to lose weight didn't go to them for that. Have called to fill my prescription and got no call back

Dr. Koppelman is AMAZING! I moved to Thornville last year and needed a new PCP and I started seeing her. She is one of the kindest, most caring Doctors I have ever been to. She is very thorough, takes her time and listens very intently to all of my health concerns.All of the staff there have been wonderful.

The staff here are all very friendly. My primary doctor here is Dr. Shelby Raiser. I love her! She’s very kind, friendly and really listens to what I have to say. She always hears me and pays attention to my concerns. I’m so glad that I found her. I’ve never felt so comfortable with a primary doctor until I met Dr. Raiser. I’m glad she’s part of my “medical team”. I can rest assured knowing that if something comes up, she’ll be there to help me as much as she can. She’s awesome and anyone who picks her to be their doctor is lucky.

I used to have a long-time doc that closed his practice to take a job at a hospital and have been searching for another for quite some time. I think I've gone thru 3 and maybe four. I even had 1 walk out of the room as he was answering my question!! Last time I went to HIM. Then, I stumbled on Dr. Cowan and I'm SOO Happy I did!! He actually listens to you and takes the time to answer your questions without making you feel rushed. I'm hooked.The staff is all great too...the receptionist, the nurses and all the girls. They're all very pleasant and caring and will also take the time to answer your questions.
