Scott W and Braeden came out today to install some GFI outlets in my home. I was beyond impressed with how professional they were! They left the house cleaner than it was when they got there, moved furniture back, and put everything back the way it was! Would absolutely recommend!
1st time using J&J, I needed a well pressure tank replaced I had the new tank same as the original. The dispatcher sold me on their years of experience, and well stocked trucks. She was sending their well specialist with 30 years experience. He was not the plumber who arrived it was a young guy. He had to call the office to get a well T delivered, it is the brass casting that connects everything together. I gave him a new one I ordered before deciding to hire a pro, saving time with our water turned off. Shortly after that he had to go to a hardware store for 1 inch PVC parts. He did a good job, but I don't understand why he was not prepared. Very expensive... read full review
Jared and Jonah saved the day! My gas company had shut off service because they detected a leak and these guys came out quickly and resolved the issue within a reasonable amount of time. They were friendly and courteous. As a single woman, I’m always worried about who I’ll be letting into my home and I had no fears that they would murder me. They also didn’t judge me (as far as I know) for all my stuff being all over the place I am trying to re-organize and paint and it’s been a disaster. Someone should take them out for lunch and even get them appetizers. Thanks Jared and Jonah!
