If you want honesty, you want Biff's. My family has used them for years. As other reviews have stated, you're going to get a real answer on what truly needs done. They are a small company and you might have to wait longer than a bigger company, but they've always been quick to respond in my experience. They treat you how family would be treated. A+ service.
Biff's is an excellent company.
Three different A/C companies came to my house, checked my central air unit and said it needed replaced.
Mark from Biff's came today, saw a burnt wire, repaired it, cleaned the unit and the charge was so extremely reasonable.
I truly feel blessed by the Universe to have contacted Biff's.

We've used Biff's a couple times now. Each time we had Mark. He is prompt and courteous. We had someone else come out and tell us we needed a new furnace. Mark diagnosed it and told us we did not need a replacement. He repaired it and we haven't had an issue since.We had him come out this time for our a/c. We thought after 14 yrs, we would need a replacement. Once again, Mark to the rescue.We could not recommend them more.
