Midwest Carpet provides professional and responsive carpet cleaning service in the Toledo area. Their staff and cleaners are very professional, timely, and offer great customer service. They accommodate special situations, like upper-floor apartments requiring a portable unit, and also offer a truck-mounted process. Cleaners are thorough, conscientious, and respectful, doing a superb and amazing job. With competitive and reasonable rates, they are highly recommended for great service. Customers report they will definitely be using them again.
We just had Dad's apartment carpets cleaned, in the Toledo area. The apartment is a 4th floor unit, so finding a cleaner with a portable unit is difficult However, Midwest not only accommodated the upper apartment floor, they did a superb job! (they have a truck mounted process for regular cleaning).The office Staff and Cleaners were very responsive, professional and timely. We were given a typical 4 hour window for arrival, but I were able (and encouraged) to contact them prior to the window start time to pinpoint a more exact arrival time.When Sean and his crew showed up, they got right to work, were quick, thorough and conscientious.
