My husband used the app to get us in line and by the time we actually made it there we were 2nd in line. We were there for 2 kids cuts to get ready for going back to school. The stylists were very nice and welcomed us as so as we came in and asked for our name. Both of the kids were taken back pretty quickly and both stylists double checked with me after the kids told them what they wanted. Both haircuts turned out well and both kids were very happy with the final results. I also took advantage of their product sale to stock up on a few favorites. I take my special needs adult there and they always treat him with respect and adjust to his needs to getting his hair cut. It can be frustrating to many but this staff always shows patience and kindness.
