“Had my annual eye exam yesterday. The staff at reception was very friendly as usual! A relatively new technician, who was also very friendly, performed the routine exams and he clearly knew what he was doing. Then he took me to Dr Weber who performed the specific exam, put the pupil dilating drops in my eyes and after some time for that to take effect, led me to another room to the microscopic imaging machine. Immediately after that he opened those images. He studied them quite diligently pointing out and explaining what he was finding and what those findings revealed. He also opened the images of my last exam to compare the two. Dr Weber determined all looked excellent and advised a new prescription for my glasses wasn't necessary. I was made to feel important and was taken care of very well!!! I have the utmost respect for the team at Med West Eye Care!“
