Our roof is 15 years old and the seals around the soil vent pipes began to leak. Newman quoted a fair replacement cost and was able to make the repairs within two weeks. What really impressed me, besides the quality of the repairs, was that Newman did not try to force a total roof replacement on us. The estimator even remarked that our roof still had about 10 years left before we need to consider a replacement. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of the company. I don't normally leave reviews for companies unless they really impress me. I will recommend Newman roofing to anyone needing a roof or repairs.
I want to again thank Newman roofing for coming to the rescue. This summer I noticed a soft spot on my roof. After some investigation it was found that an isolated area of the roof was not getting proper circulation and therefore the sheathing was deteriorating from the inside out. I would like to thank Alex, David, Caleb and the crew for coming out and fixing the issue without hesitation. Newman roofing is the best PERIOD!
Hands down best contractor experience of my life and compared to anyone I know! Larry stuck with us for literally years waiting for insurance to come through. His integrity is unsurpassed. The process was simple, they had already done the HOA legwork. Dan, our project manager on the day of had impeccable timing, prepared me thoroughly for the chaos out my window that is roof replacement and communicated where necessary throughout the day. A FULL crew had it done and cleaned up by 4pm with game changing improvements over our original, merely 11 year old, builder grade roof. Their warranty is simply phenomenal. Life has enough worries that not to have even the slightest one about our roof, to have actual confidence that we hired the right company…beyond grateful!
