From the minute I walked in the Sugar Creek office I felt very welcome. The lady that completed the pre exam was very good. The exam that Dr Yoder did was very thorough. He explained everything and gave me time to ask questions.The office has a very nice selection of frames and the office is very clean.
Just had a sliver of metal removed from my eye by dr Kauffman. He did an amazing job and I felt nothing at all. Very good service for an after hours emergency visit! Very friendly and professional.
An ophthalmologist told me it would take 6 months to heal my eye after an infection gave me nerve palsy. But Dr Kaufman persistence paid off. He kept trying different things until my eye healed. He was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Can't thank him and his staff enough!
