I wish there was an option to leave 0 stars. The most ridiculously incompetent people work here. I just wasted an hour of my time waiting for Jeanette to try to figure out how to use the computer. If she doesn't know how to register someone, why is she employed in that position? I will never return to this facility and I will be calling the Ombudsman on Monday to file this complaint. UH should be embarrassed to claim this site as part of their network!

Fast, Friendly, To the point, what anyone who is truly sick or Ill would want. I got in, a solution was found, I got out, couldn't ask for anything better. Also very clean.

The wait time is on the longer side. They will only treat basic things here, and for anything else they will send you to the ER, which is a waste of money! This place used to be better!

Visited this clinic for abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting in January and the doctor only tested urine and blood sugar (a regular blood glucose test not the A1C test), determined it was “most likely diabetes” and prescribed only 9 zofran pills. The wait for these tests was also close to 3 hours long, we were there until closing. In April I went to the hospital because my symptoms persisted and it turns out I had a 9 cm ovarian cyst. Don’t go here if you have anything worse than a cold bc they will not help

I have been coming to this doctor office my entire life. The doctors are phenomenal and I used to love coming here, but I may now have to part ways and go elsewhere. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived, they told me I did not have one (the lady at the desk was new and seemed to have issues with other peoples info as well). I waited for 1hr and 20min before even being taken into the back. The nurse was rude to me and told me "I understand your frustration, but she is running behind today". I found this incredibly disrespectful of my time and I told them I no longer had time to wait, as I was still 3rd in line behind the people in the back (and had somewhere else to be at 130).They didn't seem too happy that I chose to leave instead. Terrible experience unfortunately. I love the doctors here and it really is a shame.

Got in to see someone very quickly. Check in was easy & staff was very nice. Nurse practitioner nice, thorough & professional. I will use this facility again I’m sure.

Todays visit was not satisfactory. While my test for a UTI was negative the Dr. did not do any further examination to see if I had swelling and in my lower abdomen. He did no physical examination of any kind. Very disappointed. I paid $50 for him to tell me I have healthy urine while I’m telling him my symptoms and that I have had them for over a week now. We were traveling so I waited til I got back to go to my own health care provider. Next time I guess I will go somewhere else. UH very disappointed ?

Staff is friendly and efficient. Wait time was minimal. Quick Dx, scripts called into my pharmacy and off I went. I recommend UH. Strongsville Urgicare.
