UH Family Medicine Center

The doctor is great. However, everything else is very inefficient. Being able to call refills in only during business hours makes it very hard to be consistent with your medications. Not everyone can take the time out of their day and call up to the office.

Upon calling and asking to book an appointment for a cough I have had for over 5 days, I was treated extremely unprofessionally by Michelle S. She explained that I could not book a sick appointment unless it was for the day of which I then simply and politely asked why that was. She responded in the nastiest, rudest tone with “Because how do you know you are going to be sick on Monday? Book it for an urgent care then.” I said I had already gone to urgent care and she responded with a complete lack of care and professionalism by stating “okay?”She hung up on me after I told her she was being quite rude to me.
