Just fixed my playstation for 180$ and got it back for it to instantly overheat and not run longer than 2 minutes, never happened before.(this was previously)
i went in the next morning the staff fixed it within 10 seconds i got all mad over nothing. Great staff, great service, wasn’t there issue originally anyway would recommend, fast and easy if you’re not tech savvy
This place is AMAZING! Last night I had a phone emergency when my screen broke unexpectedly and I rushed in before work just as they opened. I was helped by a lovely associate named Jacob, who was extremely helpful and understanding about the hurry I was in and the concern I had about whether or not my phone was permanently broken. He was an amazing conversationalist and he knew exactly how to make me feel like my needs were met as a desperate customer! The service was extremely fast, Jacob's fix only took about half an hour whereas other places take closer to 1:30-2 hours (however I was still at work and had to wait to pick it up). I had an absolutely fantastic experience at ubreakifix thanks to Jacob! My phone screen was completely shattered, and I was worried about being without my device for days.
However, Jacob was incredibly professional and worked with impressive speed. He took my phone, assessed the damage quickly, and completed the screen replacement in a remarkably timely manner—far faster than I had anticipated.
