The employees at the store are very nice and helpful. We went in to get an iPhone screen fixed and it came out less than 20 minutes later looking like a brand new phone! I’ve gone multiple times now and will definitely be returning should I need something repaired.

pretty nice and straight forward. they were willing to work with me about trading in my current iphone and applying it to my lease balance! i’ll update with any issues but so far so good. i worked with 2 gentlemen (one was named Amir) and they were very easy going.

I called all around trying to find a great price on getting my screen repaired. Each place I called was very high until I discovered buy cell Cleveland. I believe the guy that fixed my phone was named Mike. He was very professional and fixed my phone in less than an hour. It's amazing what all goes into replacing a screen. The phone looks like brand new and operates great. Thanks for all your great help and a great price!**Update: I ended up with a screen replacement that has a bad antenna for my wireless charging and tap to pay.
