I have been a client at the Spa @Springfield for quite a long time. From the front desk to all the stylists & estheticians, they are consistently polite, friendly, & Jessica B is my go to. Hair, Nails & waxing. She knows what I like but also will make suggestions. I appreciate that. Rarely to never running late and is she is she lets me know ahead of time... not when I arrive. ❤️ Today I had a shellac manicure. Beautiful.

I had taken my grandma in a while ago to get her nails done, and the nail tech rachel was amazing! My grandma suffered from dementia and she help her every little step of the way. I’d give 10 stars just for the customer service!! But she also did a wonderful job on her manicure. highly recommend this location and rachel!!

Rachel has done my hair for multiple years and always does a good job, it can be a haircut, styling, color and even nails and it will be perfect. She will make sure you are in good hands when you are in her chair. Ask for Rachel next time you go here!
