Very unfortunate experience for my husband. I'm grateful I did not have his experience when we went. Due to the "nature" of his experience at Spavia in Strongsville Ohio, he doesn't wish to recall it, and so asked that I write this review for him instead. Initially, the owners/managers of this establishment appeared very concerned. Even asking that he "send" his experience to them in writing, since he was to upset to express it to them at the time. We were hopeful and did so almost a month ago. We have received NO reply from them concerning his experience, to date. This was my first time at Spavia Strongsville. My specialist was Erica. She was fantastic!! I was so impressed by her professionalism. I had many questions about the tanning process and also the difference in facials. Erica was very informative about all my questions, that I will be making future bookings. I had the scrub/tan. My skin feels and looks AMAZING!!
I heard that Spavia will be discontinuing the spray tan service. I really hope they don’t!! I know that I will be a constant customer with the spray tan at Spavia, and also there isn’t any services of that kind in our area. Great Day!!
I always have an amazing experience at Spavia. I enjoy the very knowledgable aestheticians/and massage therapists. Everyone at Spavia is excellent. I highly recommend this spa. I have been coming here for many years and have enjoyed a variety of spa menu services. I also highly recommend becoming a member.
