OMG I am more than happy already! Dem bones Well I didn’t realize that was what it was called. All I remembered as a kid was hip bone connected to your thigh bone etc. But as I trying to fix my 50 year old body and sync up with my 30 year old mind I came across this...and it reminded me of the song. Because everything is connected. We are all connected. We are all connected not only to each other through God and humanity but we are connected to ourselves with water and flesh and bones. I recently went to an audiologist. I have had people tell me, especially my kids (lol) I am deaf. I have been tested many times. It has been nearly a decade since I was tested but at the time my hearing was fine. This time I am having a little more trouble with the higher pitches and consonants so if I stare at your mouth you don’t have anything in your teeth and I am not a weirdo! But what has bothered me the most is my tinnitus! From so much I have read and from google (sometimes your friend and sometimes not)....tinnitus is incurable. But this audiology group has given me an extreme amount of hope and help in a very short time! The app the audiologist put on my phone is both soothing to my normal 24/7 cricket hearing ears but when I turn it off I don’t hear crickets anymore!!!! It is truly an amazing thing. From what I have read and what the audiologist said, my situation, my nervous system, my mental state of mind, my whole being is connected. I firmly believe that if my hearing is helped, and I care for my mental health, that my joints and hips, my recent weight gain, my breathing, and my intestinal track will follow suit. Why? Because they are most certainly all connected!!
