I have been here 3 yes. The staff are great to work with and they will gladly help solve any problem. The food COULD ALWAYS be better, but they have a budget.
Housekeeping is wonderful. So all in all great place to live and relax in our senior years.
I haven't been at storypoint long , 3 or 4 months. But I'm really happy there. The food isn't bad, there are a lot of people to please. The staff is wonderful, from the people that serve our food , to the clean our rooms. The staff is always polite , kind and helpful. You can always ask for help. Someone will always go out of the way to help. When I came here I really didn't want to leave my home. But I needed a better place to live.I'm so glad I was able to come here.
I've gotten the opportunity to volunteer here three times this past year, and I love it! It is a joy to serve the residents, and the staff treated me as if I were their family. I also witnessed the way in which the staff deeply cares for each resident in their facility, creating a very familial environment. Excited to volunteer here more!
