My son has been attending NST for about two months now and he has already shown improvement with his mobility, reaction time, and overall speed. The coaches motivate and push him every session to challenge him and he absolutely loves it. I have been going to NST for a while now, and when I started I used to be really skinny, but since then I have gained a lot of weight, and I have noticed muscle growth and strength growth.
