It is what it is and that’s all I needed it to be! Got an express cut for $25 (not including tip!) and it was a nice experience. Sam took the perfect amount of time and did a great job chopping off my dead ends ?

I got my haircut done at JcPenney Salon with Rawan, and she was amazing! Even though my hair was very tangly, she did it very slowly and was very patient. She made sure that I wasn't hurting with the comb through my hair. I am so happy with my haircut. Rawan was amazing!
