We recently replaced all the carpeting in our home. After shopping around we were most pleased with Floorz and specially enjoyed working with Jason. He was extremely helpful and patient. He really worked with us to make sure we were satisfied and made adjustments for our scheduling. Installation went smoothly and we are very happy with our carpeting. Just had carpeting installed in my bedroom this morning. Jessica Krim was of great assistance with especially color and type. She came out and measured and worked up the quote efficiently. The carpet was ordered and we had it installed within 48 hrs of arrival. Jessica guided me through the process well. The color looks so nice in our bedroom! And it’s high quality! Would highly recommend asking for her when you visit Floorz - Strongsville.
