After dealing with frustrating issues in my house i.e. leaking gutters, leaking roof, tub not draining, etc. I decided to reach out for a whole house inspection and a friend recommended Steve Pardon with the Spectrum Inspection Group. Steve was fantastic!! He was unbelievably thorough, explaining everything he was looking at -clearly very knowledgable in all aspects -plumbing, heating, roofing, gutters, drainage system, etc. In addition, he showed me some of the interesting high tech equipment he was using which helped to zero in on some of the root causes of my issues and how I can ultimately approach resolving them. Steve was personable and professional. He was great to deal with from start to finish. I left a message and then started to submit a reservation online and he called back before I could finish and submit it. The turn-around time for an inspection appointment was quick. The inspection was efficient and he explained things on-site very well. The report was provided immediately and was helpful and easy to read.
