I've taken Yoga classes here for a couple of months and I'm impressed with every class and every teacher. It's a small but very well appointed and welcoming environment. Lara and Connie are my two favorite teachers. I feel like I've learned so much and I look forward to upcoming classes every week!

Tracie is extremely well educated on yoga and body/balance and helped my practice tremendously. You won't find a more inclusive studio or more positive experience. She's always open to helping you learn and encouraging when you hope to further your practice.
