When working with women, in a very vulnerable enviornment such as this, there needs to be MUCH better bedside manner, especially from a man. I will not ever be seeing Dr McKnight again. I feel as though bedside manner is no longer a thing with healthcare and it is really sad. I went in for a simple appointment just to discuss some concerns/issues and left feeling VERY sorry for any woman who could be or is currently dealing with significant issues. I will not be dealing with Dr McKnight ever again.

This place is an absolute joke. I went here for years and always struggled getting appointments. Recently went in for a miscarriage, the heartbeat stopped and Dr. McKnight didn’t believe that we saw the heart beating exactly a week prior. Made me feel like I was trying to abort my perfectly healthy fetus, scheduled and ultrasound an entire week out and sent me home. I passed the embryo that day at a park. Tried getting in again for a new pregnancy, the conversation is so drawn out for no reason at all. Asking if I had an ultrasound done at a clinic, I said yes, then 5 days later asked about the last day of my cycle like I didn’t put it in the appointment request. Call the Green Office, they sent me for blood work right away

Everyone is very nice when I come here. Dr. McKnight is the best obgyn I've ever met and I feel lucky to have him as my doctor.

There are only a few people who work at the front desk that are polite. After being seen 3 different times at this office one of the scheduling ladies said this office wouldn’t see me because I also have a midwife so she canceled my appointment & Dr.Rambler called me back 10 minutes later to reschedule it. Then yesterday one of their triage nurses was very rude and unwilling to help. I called and informed them I had contractions for 2 hours straight, I couldn’t even move. I’m only 33 weeks the 2nd triage nurse I spoke to was very helpful and got me in as soon as possible since the first one didn’t. I came to my appointment just for Dr Lewis to ask if I feel the baby move and my current pain level. No one has checked me to make sure I’m not dilating, no one did an ultrasound, the nurse practitioner listened to the heartbeat on a doppler before the dr came in and that was it. I expressed being concerned as that’s not normal, and frustrated that no one is taking this more serious and that I left work for this appointment & it could’ve been a phone call. Dr Lewis walked out of the room with a smirk saying “good luck with everything” I informed the lady at the front desk of my bad experience and she apologized on behalf of everyone else and was very nice. I really like Dr.Rambler, but my overall experience at this office was HORRIBLE.

Terrible. My sister went there with severe abdominal pain and they would not assist her due to "short staffed". She went there in pain, couldn't walk or do anything and they left her in the waiting room for 5 hours just to be told they can not help her. SHE HAD TO LEAVE. SHE RECIEVED NO HELP. They told her they can NOT do anything. They didn't do any tests, took urine sample and then "LOST" it. WHY WORK HERE WITH UGLY ATTITUDES. Why have this place open if they can't assist EMERGENCIES???? HOW IS THIS PLACE A EMERGENCY ROOM IF THEY DENIED TO HELP HER!!!!!!! TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE.

I had a very nice experience going to the gynecologists at this location while pregnant (Except one).Pregnancy overview experience:Issue 1: Consistency:Every few months they moved me to a new doctor; which I found a bit confusing. I liked and felt that i was on the same page with the doctors i was first with. But then a few months later id be set up with a new doctor. I found it confusing that I wasn't able to schedule appointments with the same doctors as before.Issue 2: Friendliness:I was on time to all my appointments, except 1 at the end of my 3 trimester. The office staff were always nice, until I was late once.Issue 3: Professionalism & Miscommunication:In my third trimester the newest doctor (a he) scheduled me to get some tests run to see how my baby was doing. My baby was fine, but he continued to have the conversation with me that induction was my best option.I told him "no that I didn't want an induction unless it was necessary."He went on to tell me about the chances of Infant Deaths if I keep waiting. As I continued to say no. He would just stare at me. I finally agreed as I thought maybe my baby was at risk. I told him "only if he thought it was best, Id get the induction." Waiting for the induction I was nervous that my baby wasn't doing okay. The next week I got an induction. When I went to the hospital they said it was a "voluntary" induction. Again, I never would've gotten one if I didnt feel preasure to do so.All in all my baby was healthy, with a very fast delivery, but I didn't appreciate the preasure and scare. There was definitely a Miscommunication between us, and it left me not knowing if my baby was okay. I didnt think talking about infant deaths was necessary if my baby wasnt at risk.Summary:All in all. Nice place. Nice staff (just don't be late). Nice doctors (just not the guy).Staff can improve keeping patients with the same doctor if possible.
