Sue in the front office has always gone above and beyond to accommodate appointment requests and has provided excellent recommendations for providers. She is very caring, compassionate, and empathetic to her patients needs. The clinical staff (Mr. Abi, Ms Winkler, Dr. Brauer) is excellent as well.

I’ve been going to Charak in Stow for about 3 years. Sue is always extremely kind and very helpful every time I come in, regardless of how busy the office is! She always takes the time to say hello and makes everyone feel welcome.

This location is always very kind and patient to me but alot of people forget that it in order to get those you to have to be willing to give those as well and a great example of kindness was shown today by Sue and I will be grateful for what was given to me and I will never forget that thank you
