Brandon HVAC installed our entire system (replacing furnace and adding central air to our 1955 house) when we bought our home back in 2013 and it worked perfectly with the only maintenance being replacing the filter regularly. Now in 2025 we finally had an issue with the AC and not only did they come out the same day, the technician diagnosed and replaced the outdoor disconnect within about an hour all for what we felt was a very reasonable cost.
No upselling or exorbitant labor rates, just came, diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly, efficiently and affordably.

I can only say good things about this company. I have never had a bad experience with them. This company has been great. This is the only company I have dealt with in past 5 years that I do not feel is trying to rip me off or over charge me. As a matter of fact they go out of their way to make sure you got what you paid for. They installed a new furnace about 10 years ago and that was great. 3 years ago they installed central air in our house that did not currently have it and that was wonderful too. They come out twice a year to service my HVAC system (If i remember to schedule it) and i have never had an issue.

Furnace acted up on middle of extremely cold night (of course!). Called & left message. Joe called early next morning. Asked about problem & offered to come (Saturday) but said I should check the filter. Removed filter temporarily and furnace started functioning properly so I went & bought a new filter. His trouble shooting saved me a weekend service call and him from freezing his behind off as it’s an outdoor unit! This kind of service is rare these days and I will be scheduling a furnace tune up when it warms up a few (or many) degrees!!!
