Awful assistance. Staff does the bare minimum. Refused to help with an issue im having until i have a sleep study. Waited 3 months for a sleep study and just kept getting excuses. Switched doctors and was scheduled a study in under a week. Also put my wife on 2 prescriptions that was the same drug and didn't know doubling up was no help.

Ignorant staff. Let’s people sit there and wait for a hour and 45 minutes just to pull them into the back and tell them they can’t get their blood work. Call the hospital instead and they took it immediately. Would never send anyone to this place ever.

Staff in completely unwilling to work with people, especially during this time. I understand having policy and rules but in order to help people during this time there has to be a way to work with people.
