It was an up and down experience the older lady with glasses was short with me when checking me in. Seemed uninterested with me as a patient. No good morning or friendly smile. The doctor was friendly but seemed rushed and I get that lots of exams to give that day I am sure. She did a good job but just felt rushed compared to other eye exams. The best part of the visit was Bobbi Jo the optometrist who waited on me. Had a GREAT attitude and personality. Wonderful customer service. Didn’t try to over sell me but sold me what I needed. I've been going to Dr. Jagala since I moved back here in 2004 and I have to say that I'm never going to see anyone else. He's the only Dr that actually has no problem talking to me and not "at" me. He always explains everything as well as he never fails to ask me if I have questions. I highly recommend Dr Jagala. His front desk has attitude problems at times but mostly those girls are friendly. We all have bad days.
We had our first appointment yesterday and was so impressed by everyone. The entire staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable. Can't wait to get my new glasses and will be telling all my friends and family to come there.
