I've been going to Dr. Jagala since I moved back here in 2004 and I have to say that I'm never going to see anyone else. He's the only Dr that actually has no problem talking to me and not "at" me. He always explains everything as well as he never fails to ask me if I have questions. I highly recommend Dr Jagala. His front desk has attitude problems at times but mostly those girls are friendly. We all have bad days.
We had our first appointment yesterday and was so impressed by everyone. The entire staff was welcoming and very knowledgeable. Can't wait to get my new glasses and will be telling all my friends and family to come there.
My wife and I were patients today at Ohio Valley Vision Center.All employees that took care of us were extremely pleasant. I do not have one negative remark. The office was exceptionally clean. And the Doctor was very kind and friendly.Thank you ! Doctor and staff.Ray and Helen E.
