I would like to share my horrible experience with Springfield Clinic regarding a very small bill that we have been contesting for nearly 8 months. While a very small amount, it is the principle behind this that we are determined to expose. On 12/26/2023, my family and I were visiting from Texas as we typically do during the Christmas season. Our daughter came down with a fever and was showing signs of an ear infection the day before (Christmas Day). My wife and I had known about a few clinics around the area simply due to our frequent trips to Illinois to see her family.
