I went to this facility for an MRI 4/2026. There was a lady in the morning who helped me get prepared. She got me ready put me in the tube & I could not do it. She got me out. She wasn’t even mad I wasted her time. I never told her I was a social worker & everyone has limitations and small spaces are mine. If I could do an MRI I would go here
Very professional staff, efficient in the way they conduct themselves so the patient feels there time is valuable not leaving you unattended for hours like other places. I would highly recommend this place. I was there for about an hour and a half and I bet I would have been at our local hospital over eight hours.
No one was at receptionist desk upon arrival. Wait time to be taken back over 1 hour. Started services without asking any insurance information. Check-in was very quick/easy. Staff and doctor very friendly. Staff took temp and did not have anything to write it down with and kept repeating my temp as she left the room to make sure she didn't forget it. I have a C6/C7 spinal cord injury (complete) and CT Scan staff did not have a second person to assist with transfer. Overall time there was 2.89 Hrs. Overall, very impressed with facility but staff need more training/expertise.
