I’ve been with the same doctor for a little over 2 years now and I only go once a year for my annuals appointments (3 so far). Every appointment I’ve had (that’s scheduled 1 year in advance), they call me 1 week before the appointment to cancel/reschedule. Typically the rescheduled appointment is another month out. I have only ever needed to be seen twice (once November of 2024 and January of 2025). For my November appointment my doctor was unavailable and I did a same day with someone else. I have to say that I was about to leave this practice as well until my PA left and a new FNP came in and I got an apointment with her. ANGELA has been the absolute BEST!! She was able to send me to the proper specialist and I am on track to get my health back on track. She not only listened to me, but cared enough to not stop looking for answers for me. I appreciate her beyond words and have told her so!

We’re leaving the practice after being patients for over 20 years. The office staff are uncaring and rude, the worst being their leader, Kristi Fisher. We are following the doctors that recently left the practice. Obviously the practice has problems when half the doctors leave.
