Gave me a bid, way too high, they basically reduced the service until we could agree on a price. They did the work, which was barely adequate. I had to go out and clean up the mess they made. I blame myself b/c i usually use Davey, but these guys were in the area. Lesson learned.
They did a great job with all of the many little things I wanted done - various branches trimmed and a couple of small trees in the wooded area removed. They did everything exactly as I explained it. The crew was really professional and friendly. Jeff was the lead guy and he pointed out a diseased tree that I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. The price was very good, too. I would definitely work with them again.
Update - Based on scheduling, it took a couple of days to get the job done, and they finished it in 95' heat with a heat index of 101'. Very impressed.
