The staff at Jackson made a very difficult time easy for us. This started with the transport of our dad to the funeral home. Matt was so gracious and let us have as much time as we needed. He asked if dad was a veteran and when we answered yes, he gave us a memorial challenge coin. He asked questions that helped the transition and preparation go smoothly. Our appointment to plan the services with Becca was filled with memories and laughter, as well as a few tears. The appointment was not as heavy as we all expected. They went above and beyond with our father’s funeral arrangements. We sat down with the director Cassie and she helped us with everything we needed to know. She’s a very professional and very respectful director. She helped us alleviate a lot of responsibilities that we had to take care of and we thank her and all Jackson Lytle Lewis Associates for their help laying our father to rest properly. Y’all are most appreciated!
