Our family has used this cemetary for years. It has always been such a quiet, clean and beautiful place. As I live in another state we were just in awe at how nice it was than all of the others we have seen in other states.

My paternal g-g-grandparents unfortunately were at Eastern Cemetery of Louisville KY, which if you havne't heard of it, is a shockingly terrible tale of corruption, scandal and disrespect. Ferncliff however, enjoys some nice hills and other terrain features which are pretty for everyone to behold, and are probably challenging to the maintenance folks, yet these grounds are always very well maintained. I have been to many, many cemeteries, to help provide military and masonic ceremonies, to conduct genealogy research, and of course to visit my own ancestors. I wish they were all even just half as well maintained as Ferncliff. I might wind up lying to rest there myself.
