Based on reviews, Hometown Urgent Care & Occupational Health provides excellent care. The staff is very friendly, kind, and considerate. They are great with kids and take pride in everything they do. The doctors are knowledgeable, informative, and quick to figure out what is wrong. They listen actively and explain things thoroughly. The staff is very helpful and efficient. They are informative of wait times and check on patients often. Patients were in and out in no time. The care is outstanding, and the staff gives first class care. Patients would definitely come back and recommend the business to anyone needing help.
Hometown is our go to place for pre-employment screenings, workplace first aid and post accident drug/alcohol testing!!! Hometown Urgent Care (especially the North Office) is a great partner for us at Topre America in Springfield, OH
My visit was super quick and easy. Emma and Joe were quick with getting me checked in, Janice took awesome care of me and John was absolutely awesome. I was out in less than an hour! 10/10 recommend Hometown Urgent Care
Alicia and Mallory were wonderful as was the doctor on staff J. Farley. I arrived at 6:20 and (including picking up prescriptions) was home at 7:15 but I didnt feel at all rushed! 10/10 would recommend!
