We had Gary's crew (tree climber, Brandon, ground crew, Cory and Chris) remove an ancient silver maple from our backyard. They were able to do so without having to go through neighbors' yards, which other companies thought they would need to do. They weren't able to complete the job within two days as expected due to the size of the tree and the weather (extreme heat and storms) but they came back to finish the job even after we had paid them. They were polite, professional, and skilled.
I have two trees with limbs hanging over the house roof, along with a couple of limbs hanging over the neighbor’s garden shed.
I work from home and my desk time is tracked, I can't leave my desk to check on the job, I'm expecting Haley's to keep it tight. Lack of job mgmt. led to most of the bad items below.
The good --
Fair price.
The trees look better after trimming.
The workers give it their all.
Good clean up.
Brandon was the climber\cutter on the follow up visit crew and his attention to detail was better, he cleaned up a large limb nub the first cutter left behind and sealed all the cuts.
The bad --

I have used them twice here in Indiana and both times they have done a great job! Travis and his crew get the job done. They even cut my black walnut up so I can sell the timber and get some of my money back.
