Bryan was very professional and thorough while inspecting a potential property I may be purchasing. He pointed out past, present, and future issues that I may have with this home. Great guy, very knowledgeable and upfront. I was very satisfied with his services.
Bryan was amazing! His demonstrated level of professionalism was surreal. His knowledge of his trade was apparent. Bryan was able to explain all points of the inspection while doing so without belittling me as a buyer. As a first time homebuyer, Bryan’s knowledge, professionalism, and expertise, were paramount in my decision making process and ability to negotiate. For anyone looking for home inspector, you MUST use Bryan.
First I wanna thank Bryan for taking his time not only during the inspection but also documenting and writing a very detailed report. He took notes of everything, we initially thought the house was in a good condition but upon his inspection we realized so much has to be done in the house and saved us money on committing to it.
It was heartbreaking to let go of that house but we made some computations based of what Bryan reported were the problems and it wasn’t worth it for us since we’re on a budget.
