Kevin Vest is the Best! He came to do the annual check on my air conditioner, which he stated was running properly. He added that my furnace filter was dirty and needed replacement eventually. When he quoted me the price of a new filter, I gasped at the too-high cost and asked if there could be a better deal. He gave me a suggestion for a lower price which I followed.
