I walked in as the owner & employees were dealing with a very difficult, rude & entitled "Karen" who was obviously impossible to please. The entire staff tried to help her. They handled the situation to the best of their ability; which still did not please the woman. She stormed out saying they would lose at least 10 customers based on her referrals. Once Karen left, I was very impressed by how the entire staff brushed it off & carried on as if she hadn't even been there (no murmuring behind her back). They were then able to fit me in without the required appointment (I know an appointment will be required for my next visit, but thanks for leaving today, Karen!).Anna...read full review

Tootsie is my girl she never has done anything other than make me feel and cut my hair too perfection. She incorporates a very personal and relaxed one on one exspearence. You leave feeling and looking wonderful..Thanks TootsieValerie LaRussa Edmonds
