Oh my gosh, these guys are the absolute best! They came in hundreds below a competitor'price on my tankless water heater price, and it was an all-day job for 2-3 people. THEN, after that, they sent reminder emails to make I got the $100 rebate from Rinnai, because time was running out for that. They even walked me through the process over the phone! (I am not comfortable with online stuff.) I can't thank them enough for their patience and follow up. They are so kind and generous with their time! Even when the guy came to give me the estimate, he covered every detail, asked plenty of questions, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the process.
